Whether it’s a live or virtual event, a tasting for clients, coworkers or you’re just throwing a party with friends, we’ve got you covered!
Since we work with both small-production wineries and the world best vineyards we’re able to create the perfect wine list and find event solutions that fit inside your budget.
What’s included?
At The Tasting Guys we’re all about being flexible to your needs to make your event perfect.
But as a baseline you can always expect the following:
Expert wine facilitator to guide you through the tasting of quality local and international wines. Options to choose your preferred wine varietals. Tasting glasses and tasting notes provided. Standard event time 90-minutes duration. Opportunity to purchase wines at cellar door prices.

Who will run the tasting event?
- Your tasting event will be hosted by one of our expert tasting guys.
- All our tasting guys are friendly, engaging and have exceptional wine knowledge.
- Meiron, our founder and wine connoisseur, is available on request
Our experts are certified, trained, trusted and experienced in delivering informative, entertaining tastings. (No boring lectures here!)
At our events, guests at any level of experience can feel comfortable exploring fine wines from around the world.
Can I use my own venue?
You certainly can use your own venue within 10 km of Sydney CBD area at no additional charge.
We are also available for wine tasting events in outlying areas and throughout Australia. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
Venue hire costs are not included and are for your own account and arrangements.
We will need:
- Access to your venue at least 1 hour prior to the event
- A washing up area or kitchen
- Tables & table cloths
- Water and drinking glasses (we supply tasting glasses)
- Parking for 1 vehicle
